A little bit about me
I was born in Copenhagen in
Denmark and grew up directly on the ocean. I later left
Scandinavia, traveled the world and got my Bachelor in the US
immediately followed by my Master's Degree in International
Marketing and Management at Copenhagen Business School. Now I
live in Cologne, Germany where I have raised three beautiful
children, work at a cancer research laboratory for the
University Clinic of Cologne as a Human Resource &
Managerial Manager, and in my spare time I focus on my passion
for arts: textile work, sculpture, ceramics, painting, and
Raku.
Particularly, I enjoy working in three
dimensions, using clay or stone as my medium. My art creations
can be placed freely in a space and can not only be experienced
visually but also - and especially - by touch!
In my creations and
creativity I try to express my deep passion for nature and my
fascination and longing for the ocean, beaches, dunes, ocean
life, and especially sea shells. This time spent with
especially clay brings great joy and fills my
heart.
Each of my art pieces is a unique creation expressing my passion!
